Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
At PRO2COL, we value both your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and reschedule policy below:
Advance Notice
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled on the same day, or instances where a client does not arrive for their scheduled service, will be considered a late cancellation or no-show. In these cases, a 50% service fee will be charged.Member Privileges
As a courtesy, active members receive one waived late cancellation per month. This benefit is applied automatically and resets each month.Respecting Everyone’s Time
